Biography

Rob Hunter joined Bull, Housser & Tupper in 1980 after serving as Crown Counsel in British Columbia's Ministry of Attorney General. He focuses on resolving insurance, construction, engineering, architectural, environmental and professional regulatory litigation with an emphasis on the representation of design professionals in liability claims and contractual disputes. Rob also acts on behalf of professional regulatory bodies and has an environmental defence practice.

Rob acts for some of Bull, Housser & Tupper's prominent clients in the construction industry including the Architectural Institute of British Columbia, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and ENCON Insurance Managers Inc., the largest professional liability insurer in Canada. He also provides environmental defence advice to the firm's clients.
