Bull Housser hosts firm tours for law students, whether they are organized by careers officers at universities, student groups or individual students. We consider these tours an excellent opportunity for visiting students to meet with our lawyers and current students, and to ask questions about our firm, the student program and our culture.
Our hires have demonstrated strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to one's community, and a desire to take on challenging work in an environment that encourages students to take initiative and explore all areas of practice. Candidates are evaluated using a holistic approach that values academic achievement, extracurricular activities, community involvement, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment. We take pride in having no prescribed hiring quota and no rolling offers of admission.
We do not maintain a hiring quota, choosing instead to make offers to all candidates that we believe will be a fit with our firm. As a result, the exact number of students we hire fluctuates from year to year.
